I am fortunate enough to be a teacher at the Refugee Council. I enjoy teaching English using an interdisciplinary approach. This video was achieved by the hardworking students during a two-week animation workshop that I conducted.

During a trip to Hampton Court Palace organised by a teaching colleague and me, the students went on a fact-finding mission while completing the booklets I created for them. During the mission, they learnt about the symbolism used by the Tudors throughout the palace. They also admired the gilding found in the palace. We then created gilded boxes. The students chose symbols that best represented themselves for their boxes.
